Description:
We’ll explore this lovely property preserved by the Hazel family by walking trails through a variety of habitats and searching for summer residents, with emphasis on song birds including warblers, flycatchers and vireos. We’ll then have lunch at the picnic pavilion and if there is interest may explore further after lunch. Meet at Ward Museum parking lot at 7:30 a.m. Bring drinks, lunch and snacks; wearing comfortable, waterproof shoes is suggested.
