Description:
Join the Cecil Bird Club for its Thanksgiving tradition: Spot the eagles at Conowingo Dam from the Cecil County side. Large numbers of Bald Eagles gather here starting in October through mid-March to take advantage of the food availability. Some years numbers surpass 125 eagles of various ages. This is a good spot for gulls and herons, as well.
