Description:
Hike paved roads through Green Mount Cemetery to find migrating warblers and orioles and to see resident raptors. Green Mount Cemetery is one of the oldest cemeteries in the United States and the final resting place of many famous Baltimoreans; perhaps we will spot a Hermit Thrush posed on the gravestone of Johns Hopkins or Enoch Pratt. The entrance gate opens at 9:00 a.m. and parking is inside the gate on the cemetery roads. Check out greenmountcemetery.com for more information.
